Pretty bad experience
July 20, 2021
I moved in on the 17th and the moving process was really inefficient. There wasn't much information given on where I can ...
dispose of my trash. I moved into the smell of cigarettes in my apartment and broken screens. I raised concern on Saturday and it been three days and nothing has been done. My balcony door has a broken lock which is unsafe, and this hasn't been fixed despite me reaching out. I haven't been able to stay in my apartment because it is not safe to sleep with broken screens and locks. The washer won't rinse out the water properly. Overall a poor experience and would look for other options. Staff isn't helpful and tends to have an attitude when you ask questions.

in the leasing office and each individual that is part of the staff and all the people in between. I cannot recommend them enough and this property! Thank you Laura, Rodrigo, and Chris and everyone else for ensuring your residents are always happy. It doesn't go unnoticed and I have loved living here over the past 3 years!
